Hi Becky! Yes! You can add oil if it’s dry or add flour if it’s too moist. Sounds like my first batch when I didn’t use the correct cream of tartar…did you add that ingredient?

I have been making this for years….and it has always been wonderful! I made some for my granddaughter about three weeks ago and when we got it out today (I store it in plastic containers) it was very sticky on our hands and on the counter…I don’t remember that happening before. Can I knead in some flour or add more vegetable oil to revive it or should I just make new….I used to store it for months on end! Thanks for your help!

HA!! thank u so much for the recipe… my 3 year old very hipper boy.. loves it!!…and it so easy to make…
and it take really well to the food coloring…
