Great to know there's something out there to get rid of dust mites! Did you know that phthalates - the plasticizer chemicals used to soften PVC so it can be used as the vinyl waterproof covering on toddler and crib mattresses - have also been linked to asthma, ADD/ADHD/autism and a number of other problems? Phthalates are also in lots of kids toys. Also, mattresses made with polyurethane foam (which the National Association of State Fire Marshals calls 'solid gasoline') are loaded with toxic chemicals that act as fire retardants. It would be a good idea to get an organic toddler or crib mattress (check Naturepedic - http://www.naturepedic.com) if you don't already have one. You might also want to stay away from wool and latex, since they have allergic potential. Hope this helps!

Love to read about others experiencing great results with the Norwex Mattress Cleaner! The Mattress Cleaner is one of those products where most people say "Eww, yuck," and then, "I want that!". I've also heard amazing stories from those using it with eczema or asthma in their homes. My son has eczema (and autism) so I always looking for non-chemical alternatives. That's a huge reason why I became a Norwex consultant! I look forward to reading your blog!
